Terms and Conditions for Sinar Box

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Sinar Box ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Website and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, you and Sinar Box agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any legal action. Should a dispute not be resolved through informal negotiations, any legal action shall be brought in the state courts located in the District Court of Pontianak (Pengadilan Negeri Pontianak), Indonesia. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the website and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the website and your use thereof.

12. Limitation of Liability
